Our agents work only for buyers, 100% of the time. This is true of all agents working in our firm. They believe in doing the best possible job, and they take a lot of pride in what they do.
We hire character, and we hire experience. These are our criteria. It is the opinion of our management that these two qualities are the best indicators of performance. Keep in mind too that our agents do not compete against each other. Although a primary agent is assigned to every client, all agents assist one another and the collective knowledge of the firm's staff therefore comes to benefit all clients.
