MISSION: We help buyers purchase the best possible home they can. We have operated entirely as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent firm (EBA) since 1995. Our sole mission as a Realtor firm is to represent the best interest of the buyer at all times. We strive to provide the best real estate service available to buyers from any real estate firm, and we take substantial measures to insure this which few firms can equal. We strive to set an industry example for ethics and effectiveness in the real estate industry.
We cover all towns and property types in our core area of Westchester, Putnam, and Connecticut. These include luxury and waterfront properties, moderately price homes, and certain commercial properties.
We have a skilled agent base, capable of complex analysis and seasoned on handling all aspects of real estate transactions.
HISTORY: The Farmington Connecticut office covers regional central Connecticut, and the Greenwich office covers the Fairfield County and Westchester area. The firm is owned by John Herman, who is a licensed broker in NY, CT, RI, and MA.
We have complete transactions in 80 area towns, with agents living in and working in their regional areas.
We are members of the National Association of Realtors, The National Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agent, and the Greenwich & Fairfield County Multiple Listings Services.
